S’mores & Caroling with Santa Event Prep Information

Sign-up HERE to serve at this festive family Christmas event welcoming our neighbors. We will have s’mores, caroling, and a photo op with Santa. There are several options to serve, including event prep & event operations. Below is a list of items we need to make this event possible. If you have questions, please contact Megan Warren.

• Hershey’s Chocolate Bars
• Graham Crackers
• S’mores Skewers
• Pre-wrapped Christmas Candy
• Regular-sized Candy Canes
• Firepits (will be returned)
• Firepit-sized Wood Bundles

Please drop off items at the main office by December 6.
